- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They cannot make decisions for themselves. I spend around $20,000 per year with the U.S. Post Office. Not any more. My business mailings are going to UPS & FedEx. I know of many other businessmen who are doing the same. Their rate increases have constantly exceeded my business revenue increases. I simply cannot afford them any more. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I run an online business and this post office has been responsible for the loss of 3 of my packages in the past, and more recently another 2. I came in to ship them, and had a problem with my card and had to come back later. But they wouldn't give me my packages, they said they could only suspend them and keep them there. I returned the next day and my packages were gone. I was told they had been shipped to the return address by mistake and I should recieve them in a few days. They never arrived. I had no reciept, no tracking number, no proof my packages had ever been there. They just mysteriously vanished. I lost money, customers, and special order hand-made products. The employees were beyond unhelpful and just stood there shrugging as if to say "What do you want me to do about it?" This post office is not only incompetent, they are dishonest.
